Allergy/Special Diet Policy
At Skyview Ranch, we understand that many of our loved ones have food intolerance and allergies. In an effort to make your visit here as comfortable and fulfilling as possible, our staff will do our best to work with you and your camper.
Skyview Ranch currently offers: gluten-free alternatives for some of our menu options and substitute a nondairy milk for those with dairy issues. We can NOT guarantee a nut-free facility, but we are able to accommodate if someone has an allergy to nuts as long as we are aware ahead of time.
Skyview Ranch can customarily accommodate individuals with most allergies including wheat, dairy, soy, nuts, and eggs as long as they are not complicated with multiple conditions. We encourage everyone with these needs to supply their own snacks and to supplement for meals as needed. We do offer space in both our fridge and freezer and have enclosed tubs in a separate area for storing items. All items will need to be clearly marked with camper's name (and meal to be substituted).
It is highly important in the effort to provide the best camp experience that accurate and up-to-date information be supplied on the camper registration form and discussed with our office and nursing (medical) staff before and upon arrival.
It is our utmost desire to make your meals desirable and delicious during your stay. You may contact our Food Service Director with any questions or concerns during regular business hours prior to your visit. Thank you!
If you have a group member(s) who happens to follow a special diet or has food allergies and need Skyview Ranch to prepare meals for you, the individual or a family member must contact Food Services Director Courtney Struble at (330) 674-7511 extension 16 or This email address is being protected from spambots.
